​Our cancellation policy is we don’t want to make anything from your misfortune.  For all events, we will only charge you for what we have paid out on your behalf, and will make every effort to get refunds or credits from all our suppliers.

We negotiate the best possible terms with the golf club, hotels and transfer agents, to enable us to give you the best possible value.

We are personally at every event, making sure you are looked after and that everything is to your complete satisfaction.

How to Book

To book with Golf Weeks International is simple. We run a very personal service, so the best thing is to call or email me and discuss which event or events you would like to play in.

After that, all I will need are your flight details and I will send you a written confirmation of everything.

On arrival at the Airport, you will be met by our agent and transferred by coach or taxi to your hotel where I will be waiting to greet you.

Payment

Once we have received your flight details, we will send you a confirmation invoice.Golf Weeks International Ltd is a member of Protected Trust Services Ltd. This guarantees the safety of your money, should anything happen. We don't ask for a deposit, as we feel by booking your flights, you have made enough if a commitment.

Should you have to cancel after paying, we will attempt to get as much of your money back as possible and 
return it to you. However, this may not always be possible, so we strongly advise you have good holiday insurance cover.

Payment should be by bank transfer to the account on the invoice.
